About Andrea

In her role as Vice President Digital Strategy at OMMAX, Andrea drives global digital transformation for global consumer brands and industry leaders. Since joining OMMAX in 2017, she has developed a strong focus on delivering end-to-end digital transformation projects for clients, enabling them to accelerate growth and operational excellence through data, MarTech, and AI.

Andrea has successfully supported companies such as Danone and Bucherer in building data-driven organizations, modernizing digital ecosystems, and implementing AI-enabled marketing and commerce strategies to strengthen their global competitiveness.

After initially supporting on commercial and digital due diligence projects for international investors including EQT and Advent International, Andrea transitioned to driving large-scale transformation programs, leveraging her strategic and analytical expertise to design and execute digital growth roadmaps across consumer goods, retail, and lifestyle industries.

Before joining OMMAX, she worked at Deloitte Digital and Allianz Germany, focusing on digital strategy, transformation, and innovation management.
