Marcus is Partner, Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of OMMAX, responsible for driving the firm’s financial strategy, operational excellence, and organizational scalability as OMMAX continues its mission to build AI-enabled leaders across industries.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning finance, operations, strategy, and transformation, Marcus brings a unique combination of strategic vision and operational execution to OMMAX. He focuses on enabling sustainable growth, scaling AI-driven operating models, and strengthening the firm’s global platform to support clients navigating complex digital and AI transformation journeys.

Before joining OMMAX, Marcus had multiple leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, including client-serving Partner, and most recently CFO for Europe, where he led finance and administrative functions across a complex, multi-country organization. Throughout his career, Marcus has worked closely with executive leadership teams to drive operational excellence, strengthen financial performance, and build future-ready organizations powered by data, technology, and AI-enabled decision-making.

Marcus is particularly experienced in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic financial management, transformation and change leadership, risk and compliance management, and organizational scaling. His work increasingly focuses on how AI can reshape finance functions, operational processes, governance structures, and enterprise decision-making to create measurable business impact.

He is a strong advocate for AI-enabled transformation and regularly contributes perspectives on topics including AI governance, finance automation, operational resilience, organizational transformation, and the evolving role of leadership in an AI-driven economy.

Marcus is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
