He advises clients and investors on leveraging AI and data-driven transformation to accelerate growth, enhance efficiency, and create long-term enterprise value.
An entrepreneur at heart, Maximilian has founded and led several companies and served as CEO of multiple small and mid-sized enterprises. Among them was an AI-native managed service company focused on intelligent automation and compliance, as well as ventures in IT and digital innovation. His background bridges hands-on company building with strategic advisory for organizations navigating technological change.
At OMMAX, Maximilian shapes the firm’s AI vision, leads cross-functional innovation initiatives, and develops executive learning formats such as the AI in Strategy, Operations & Hands-On Experience Masterclass. His mission is to translate AI potential into measurable impact — helping clients build scalable, responsible, and future-ready business models.
Maximilian holds a Master of Science in Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from the University of Augsburg, complemented by international studies at HEC Paris and Macquarie University Sydney.
