Nelly Wagner is Director Digital Marketing at OMMAX, where she leads the Digital Marketing team in London and is responsible for both strategic development and team leadership. She focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies for B2B and e-commerce clients, helping them optimize performance, strengthen their online visibility, and build data-driven growth roadmaps.
Her expertise covers marketing strategy, SEO and LLM-driven optimization, and long-term strategic planning. She has successfully managed projects that identify and quantify organic growth opportunities aligned with overarching digital strategies — including clients in healthcare, fashion, and the FMCG sector. Nelly has also led the strategic planning and implementation of a comprehensive e-commerce platform relaunch for a global B2B manufacturer, covering SEO strategy, keyword implementation, and ongoing monitoring.
In addition, Nelly has evaluated the digital performance of target companies in digital and commercial due diligence projects for leading investors such as EQT, KKR, Advent International, Haniel, Afinum, Castik Capital, and Cinven. Her clients at OMMAX include Costa Coffee, Motel One, BHS tabletop, Superstruct Festivals, and nkm.
Before joining OMMAX, Nelly gained professional experience at PwC and Flixbus DACH GmbH, where she specialized in B2B partner relationship management and the supervision of online B2B sales campaigns.
She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (BWL) from the University of Mannheim and an M.Sc. in Global Business Management from Augsburg University, with additional study experience in the United States and the Netherlands.
