Rachel brings >10 years of experience in CRM & digital marketing working in companies in the UK, Australia and Germany. During her career she has worked across a range of industries including recruitment, insurance & automotive with a focus on customer engagement, conversion and retention.
Prior to OMMAX, Rachel was Head of CRM for at a global executive recruitment company, overseeing sales & marketing automation activities, leveraging customer data and mapping customer journeys to grow the business (B2C & B2B).
