- You support planning, coordination, and tracking across AI use cases, delivery streams, and stakeholders.
- You maintain delivery plans, risk logs, action tracking, and status updates across ongoing work.
- You structure feedback loops, testing coordination, and user acceptance activities.
- You work closely with engineering, business, and leadership stakeholders to ensure transparency on timelines and decisions.
- You drive planning, milestone management, and cross-functional coordination across AI initiatives.
- You manage dependencies across engineering, platform, governance, and business teams.
- You support rollout readiness by structuring testing, feedback cycles, and implementation planning.
- You prepare decision-ready updates for stakeholders and escalate risks with clear options.
- You hold a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have 1–4 years of experience in program management, project management, PMO, or transformation delivery.
- You bring strong organizational skills and a structured approach to timelines, dependencies, and follow-up.
- You are confident preparing clear status materials, meeting notes, and stakeholder updates.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- You have a practical understanding of delivery and rollout processes.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
