- You lead Azure platform and DevOps topics across infrastructure, automation, security, and deployment.
- You design and implement scalable infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD standards across projects.
- You define best practices for deployment, access control, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- You collaborate with AI engineers, architects, and governance stakeholders to ensure production readiness.
- You improve reliability, observability, and performance across the platform stack.
- You troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure stable system operations.
- You mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of engineering standards and capabilities.
- You drive continuous improvement and scalability of the platform environment.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- You have 4–6 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE roles.
- You have strong hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD design.
- You have experience with container platforms, monitoring tools, and scalable system design.
- You have a solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and access management.
- You have experience leading technical workstreams and defining engineering standards.
- You are able to communicate complex technical topics clearly to different stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
