- You support our Business Development team, working closely with our founding team, in preparing strategic materials and executing business development initiatives.
- You support in conducting market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and relevant industry developments.
- You help identify potential business opportunities through desk research, prospecting support, and by contributing to lead-generation activities.
- You collaborate with different teams to help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- You support in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders by assisting in communication and preparation work.
- You help track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and support management reporting on progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities.
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and achieve very good academic results (Master’s degree preferred).
- You have initial practical experience through internships or student projects in consulting, business development, sales, or similar areas.
- You bring curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, market dynamics, and digital business strategies.
- You stand out through strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working in a team.
- You work in a proactive and well-organized manner and feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You demonstrate a solution-oriented, reliable working style with strong attention to detail.
- You are fluent in German and English.
