- You conduct comprehensive cyber security maturity assessments across governance, cloud, identity, data protection, and infrastructure landscapes.
- You perform cyber security due diligence in M&A transactions by identifying risks, technical gaps, and value-creation opportunities.
- You translate complex technical findings into clear business impact and actionable, client-ready recommendations.
- You develop cyber security roadmaps, improvement plans, target-state architectures, and value-creation initiatives.
- You advise clients on strengthening governance models, security policies, operational processes, and cloud security practices.
- You support remediation activities and guide organizations through cyber security transformation programs.
- You design, refine, and evolve cyber security service offerings, assessment frameworks, and consulting methodologies.
- You contribute to the creation of new cyber security products, models, and go-to-market materials.
- You lead client workshops, presentations, and project workstreams in cross-functional teams.
- You mentor junior team members, ensure high-quality project delivery, and foster strong client satisfaction.
- You hold a strong university degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
- You bring at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in cyber security consulting, security assessments, or cyber governance.
- You demonstrate solid knowledge of common cyber maturity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar standards.
- You have experience conducting cyber security assessments, due diligence reviews, as well as cloud and security architecture analyses.
- You possess a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure security, cloud architectures, identity and access management, network security, and SaaS/security tools.
- You are able to translate complex security findings into clear, business-relevant insights and actionable recommendations.
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy contributing to the development of new service offerings, frameworks, and methodologies.
- You stand out through strong communication and presentation skills and can effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ideally, you have consulting experience; security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, or CCSP are a plus.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
