- You are genuinely passionate about learning, people growth and organizational development — and excited to set up and lead the L&D agenda for a fast-moving international consultancy.

- You enjoy designing and executing a holistic learning roadmap: identifying needs, building curricula, enabling delivery, measuring impact and continuously evolving the offering.
- You are collaborative, stakeholder-savvy and able to act as a trusted partner to business leaders, HR, and senior management — with a clear business mindset and understanding of how learning links to talent, performance, growth and revenue.
- You are proactive, structured, process-oriented, but also hands-on — you not only design learning strategy, you also drive execution and ensure follow-through.
- You hold a degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or Education, ideally with a focus on learning, training, or talent management.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a consulting, tech, or high-growth environment.
- You have demonstrated experience in designing and implementing development programs (e.g., leadership tracks, technical skills, consulting excellence, etc.)
- You are familiar with modern learning methods and technologies (LMS, e-learning, blended learning, coaching, peer learning, communities of practice) and have ideally already implemented them at scale.
- You have excellent communication and facilitation skills — both in person and in virtual environments.
- You speak English fluently; German or another language is a plus.
