What you can expect:
- You actively support and partially lead the development of commercial / digital / tech / data due diligence analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- You conduct in-depth (digital) business model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international environment.
- You contribute to the development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies.
- You structure complex client problems, identify advisory needs, and develop data-driven solutions with increasing independence.
- You analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies on business models and value creation.
- You collaborate closely across projects with internal digital expert teams.
- You prepare client-ready presentations and contribute to workshops, client meetings, and project discussions.
- You hold an excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- You have gained at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or a comparable environment.
- You demonstrate a strong affinity for technology, digital business models, as well as tech and AI-related topics.
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- You bring very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You work in a service-oriented, structured, and team-oriented manner.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
