Enabling regulatory compliance across Europe

AuthoriseMe Group supports internationally active companies in meeting their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations. As a central point of contact, it reviews regulatory requirements, coordinates the necessary registrations and reporting, and, where required by law, acts as the authorised representative in all 27 Member States of the European Union.

A key foundation of these services is the early identification and structured assessment of regulatory changes across numerous countries, languages and areas of law. Given the large number of relevant sources and increasing regulatory complexity, this process had previously involved substantial manual research and review.

As AuthoriseMe Group continued to grow internationally, so did the need to make regulatory research more efficient and scalable, without compromising technical quality or the experts’ final assessment.

Our approach

Transforming regulatory monitoring into a scalable AI product

Regulatory data foundation

Built an agentic source-monitoring pipeline spanning crawling, source validation, document extraction, and classification, supported by a curated regulatory database and vector-based indexing.

AI-powered regulatory analysis

Implemented Claude-powered workflows to assess relevance, classify regulatory content, and identify legal bases against a closed and verified set of laws, creating structured links between regulatory developments and applicable legislation.

Human-in-the-loop quality assurance

Designed an expert review environment exposing matched passages, confidence signals, and reasoning traces. Four quality gates — Verification, Relevance, Draft Control, and Publication — ensure that senior legal experts retain control over publication decisions.

Product launch & client integration

Developed the platform architecture, reporting capabilities, and distribution workflows required to turn Legal Watch into an internal tool to enhance frequency and delivery speed in outputs towards clients.
