We would like to congratulate Andera Partners on its management-sponsored mezzanine investment in the exceet Card Group, based in Kematen in Tyrol (Austria).
Prior to the deal announcement, the OMMAX team supported Andera Acto with an IT and Cybersecurity Due Diligence:
- Review of ERP landscape, personalization, and production platforms
- Assessment of IT organization, delivery model, and vendor dependencies
- Evaluation of infrastructure, hosting, and disaster recovery capabilities
- Comprehensive cybersecurity and compliance review

Andera Acto’s financing enables the company’s founders to increase their stake and maintain their entrepreneurial independence following the exit of a minority shareholder.
