OMMAX supported ICG, the global alternative asset manager, on becoming a partner of Exxeta, a leading German digital transformation services provider.
The global market for digital transformation services and technology is highly attractive and is estimated to grow >15% CAGR (2021-25). Due to low digital maturity of companies worldwide, an accelerated demand of digital transformation services can be expected in the future. C-Levels are currently boosting their firm’s digital capabilities and continuously invest in digital transformation initiatives ahead of a looming recession, which drives further demand.
In preparation for the partnership, OMMAX supported ICG with a commercial due diligence and examined the company’s commercial performance, evaluating dimensions like market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer success, and the business plan. Exxeta shows the competency to attract new talents in a scarce IT market.
