OMMAX advised Open Air Group on the successful sale of Natlink, a Nordic technology leader in the digital outdoor sector, to Verdane.
As the division of Open Air Group, Natlink has rapidly established itself as the go-to platform for outdoor and hunting enthusiasts in the Nordics. OMMAX supported the transaction with a comprehensive commercial and tech vendor due diligence, covering in particular market dynamics across multiple geographies, competitive differentiation, digital product and tech infrastructure.
