Konstantin Kugler is a Partner Transaction Advisory & Strategy at OMMAX, focusing on digital transaction advisory and digital strategy development. He advises private equity clients, strategic investors, and corporates as well as leading (digital) due diligence and digital value creation projects.
Prior to OMMAX, Konstantin Kugler was a management consultant at the strategy boutique Stern Stewart & Co. where he executed strategy and transformation projects in Europe. Furthermore, he built up the multi-award winning direct-to-consumer (D2C) travel tech startup Fineway as Head of Product and part of the management team to digitize individual travel planning using AI. Afterward, he co-founded the B2B SaaS company Laya Technologies, which specializes in API-based travel packaging.
Konstantin graduated from the University of Mannheim with a Master's in Management. Besides, he studied in Stockholm, Paris and Graz.
