OMMAX, the AI-first consultancy and AI-engineering platform, is pleased to announce that it advised Vitabiotics, the UK's leading vitamins, minerals and supplements company, on its Vendor Due Diligence and Exit Readiness process ahead of its acquisition by Bain Capital.
The transaction represents a significant milestone in Vitabiotics' 55-year history and positions the company for its next phase of international expansion. Bain Capital has agreed to acquire Vitabiotics and the wider VB Group, creating a strong platform for continued global growth.
OMMAX supported the management team and shareholders throughout the Vendor Due Diligence and Exit Readiness process. The engagement focused on assessing the company's digital capabilities, e-commerce performance, customer acquisition, AI readiness, international growth opportunities and overall digital value creation story to support a successful transaction process.
