Former McKinsey & Company partner Harry Seip has joined OMMAX as Partner and will head the Benelux operations, strengthening the firm’s presence across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
The Benelux region represents one of Europe’s most dynamic and digitally mature markets, with a strong concentration of multinational companies, scale-ups, and private equity investors. Harry Seip brings more than 17 years of international experience in digital transformation, AI, and business building. He led Digital McKinsey across Southeast Asia, driving large-scale AI transformations and digital growth strategies. His academic background includes a degree in Computer Science, an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from Delft University of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Across financial services and consumer sectors, Harry has designed and executed numerous AI transformations with measurable impact. Beyond transformation work, he successfully guided a late-stage investment round for a consumer internet unicorn and established a venture capital fund focused on AI and FinTech investments. With several IT strategy and growth projects for leading global players under his belt, Harry brings particularly deep domain expertise in B2C e-commerce marketplaces.
With Harry’s leadership, OMMAX will provide direct, local expertise in the Benelux region, ensuring clients benefit from hands-on partnership and the highest global standards in strategy, digital, tech, data, AI transformation, and transaction advisory services.
