Prior to joining aiutanda, Gesa has had several managing positions in care services such as PML Pflege mit Leidenschaft and Deutsche Fachpflege Gruppe.
She also founded her own business in the area of outpatient and inpatient care for the elderly, where she coached executives and management teams.
