Isabelle Hoyer is founder and CEO at Employers for Equality, the corporate equality and diversity program. As co-founder and CEO of the well-known network for women in leadership, the PANDA Women Leadership Network, she has become an expert on gender equality.
With both companies, Isabelle and her teams want to contribute to a change in the working world and society by promoting equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion in companies.
Isabelle also works as senior advisor at the management and IT consultancy Consileon. Prior to her own start-ups, she worked in a network of excellence for executives in the field of HR and career management.
