A trusted voice in the global retail community, Miya is an active member of several retail and technology networks, including the Retail Influencer Network, the Customer Strategy Network, and the KPMG Retail Think Tank, where she contributes as a consultant and advisor. She also serves on award juries such as EHI’s European Retail Technology Awards and The Grocer Gold Awards, helping shape the conversation on retail innovation.
Recognized among the top retail influencers in 2024 and 2025 by RETHINK Retail and the Retail Technology Innovation Hub, Miya was also named the 2021 Arts & Media Senior Leader by the Black British Business Awards.
