Ursula is a seasoned finance executive with decades of international experience across corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, and treasury. She is a member of several supervisory and advisory boards.
About Ursula Radeke-Pietsch
Ursula Radeke-Pietsch brings decades of international expertise in all finance areas — capital markets, M&A, corporate finance, structured finance, credit portfolio management, internal audit, and treasury. Until 2025, she was responsible within the Siemens Group for the global capital markets strategy and the Group’s global financing activities.
From 2017 to 2020, she built the entire Corporate Finance and Group Treasury function from the ground up as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Group Treasury at Bilbao in Spain. Her responsibilities included liquidity and risk management, all capital market activities, treasury operations, pension and insurance management, M&A, and investor relations. In addition, she established the global governance standards for the global finance functions and optimized the capital structure as well as the external credit rating after she led for 10 years the global capital markets activities for the Siemens Group.
In addition, until June 2025, she served for ten years as Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board of Hello Fresh SE, and currently she is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of momox SE and an Investment Advisory Board Member of Sophora Unternehmerkapital. In addition, she also holds various advisory board mandates at institutions such as AIAYN, BB Jobportal in Vienna, etc.
Most recently, Ursula Radeke-Pietsch served as Global Head of Strategic Projects at Siemens AG, where she was responsible for global M&A projects, led the company’s digital transformation, and drove ESG initiatives within the corporate finance division.
Today, she is a Partner at Transforce Partners GmbH, a boutique consultancy specializing in corporate finance, M&A, debt advisory, and digitalization topics in the B2B/SaaS and industrial technology space, including AI, IoT, and cybersecurity.
