About Antje
Antje Jauch is Director People & Culture at OMMAX. She is responsible for the holistic people strategy with a special focus on recruiting the best digital and tech talent as well as creating a company culture in which every team member can further grow personally and thrive professionally.
Before joining OMMAX, Antje worked for the Boston Consulting Group, being responsible for the international university recruiting and employer branding. She gained further professional experience in all different domains of Human Resource Management in the pharma as well as consulting and audit industry.
Antje holds a BSc and MSc in (Business) Psychology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland and gained international experience at McGill University in Montréal, Canada.
