Constanze Salzmann is Vice President Digital Strategy at OMMAX and focuses on developing and executing digital go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C companies. Her expertise includes managing digital lead generation projects and leveraging digital ecosystems and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to ensure effective implementation for national and international clients.

At OMMAX, Constanze has successfully led projects for clients such as Siemens, Danone, Roche, KKR, EQT, and The Quality Group. Her work includes full potential assessments, value creation roadmaps, and digital maturity evaluations across divisions to identify growth levers and improve operational efficiency. She also leads strategic conception and implementation of future-state (“to-be”) assessments and target operating models, designing go-to-market strategies for leading industrial and consumer brands to enhance competitiveness and scalability.

Before joining OMMAX, Constanze worked as Senior Consultant at EY-Parthenon (formerly OC&C Strategy Consultants), where she managed commercial and digital due diligence, strategy, and restructuring projects. She also worked for a Venture Capital Fund, gaining additional experience in investment analysis and company growth acceleration. As part of OMMAX for more than five years, she played a key role in the Transaction Advisory, Strategy & Execution Team and was instrumental in opening the London office.

Constanze holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Engineering (TUM-BWL) from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with distinction, specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Engineering.
