Dr. Christian Fürber is Partner Data & AI at OMMAX.
Christian has 20 years of experience in data management and has worked in many different roles from data engineer to data owner. Among other things, he established one of the first data governance organizations for the German Armed Forces and introduced standardized data quality management there. Christian and his team have successfully implemented countless data projects and strategies for well-known companies in various industries, helping them to derive significant added value from their data. In addition to his work at OMMAX, Christian is also an author and speaker at conferences (e.g. at MIT) and organizes the TDWI topic circle “Data Strategy & Data Governance".
Christian holds a doctorate in data quality from the Bundeswehr University Munich.
