About Luca
Luca is Partner and Head of Italy, driving OMMAX international expansion from the Milan office. He has over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, supporting large, mid and small-cap investors in strategic M&A projects in the Italian market.
Prior to OMMAX, Luca worked as Principal at Boston Consulting Group developing the Private Equity Practice, with 50+ buy-side and sell-side commercial and digital due diligences and 20+ value creation projects for portfolio companies, with specific focus on Retail, Consumer Goods, Education and Business Services.
Luca holds a Master's degree in International Management from ESADE Business School and CEMS, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University.
