- You help clients unlock the full potential of their data by ensuring data quality, governance, and structured management of large datasets.
- You advise leading companies on data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and master data management (MDM).
- You support organizations in establishing processes, roles, and policies that enable sustainable and reliable data usage.
- You design and implement pragmatic data governance concepts, including metadata management, data cataloging, and data stewardship.
- You collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop fit-for-purpose data management solutions that drive business value.
- You conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, and define remediation strategies.
- You facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and change management activities to ensure adoption and long-term success.
- You contribute to developing best practices, innovative solutions, and continuously challenge the status quo.
- You hold a university degree with strong academic performance in information science, business informatics, data management, or a related field.
- You have several years of relevant experience in data governance, master data management, or data quality management, ideally in a consulting environment.
- You bring a strong understanding of data management frameworks and are familiar with commonly used data governance and catalog tools.
- You are skilled at structuring and analyzing large datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and driving data quality improvements.
- You have excellent communication and facilitation skills and can bridge business and technical stakeholders.
- You show a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
- You are fluent in English and German.
