- You own enterprise-scale AI transformation programs that connect strategy, technology, operating model, and adoption from initial ambition through sustained business impact.
- You work with executive sponsors to translate transformation goals into a sequenced portfolio of deployable use cases, platform capabilities, organizational changes, and measurable outcomes.
- You create and lead integrated program structures spanning AI engineering, data, governance, process redesign, change management, and capability building.
- You drive decision-making across complex stakeholder environments, actively managing interdependencies, investment priorities, risks, resources, and value realization.
- You ensure that AI solutions move beyond pilots by establishing production pathways, ownership models, adoption plans, performance measures, and continuous feedback loops.
- You lead executive steering forums and communicate trade-offs, progress, and recommendations with clarity and credibility.
- You capture field learnings and turn them into repeatable transformation playbooks, delivery standards, and scalable offerings for OMMAX.
- You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have 4–6 years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, or complex implementation environments.
- You have a strong track record managing multi-stakeholder programs.
- You are experienced in working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- You can influence senior stakeholders and align different functions.
- You bring strong facilitation and prioritization skills.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
