- You lead complex AI delivery programs and ensure alignment across business, platform, and governance layers.
- You own program structure, governance cadence, and execution tracking across major AI initiatives.
- You lead cross-functional planning across engineering, business, security, legal, and adoption stakeholders.
- You drive milestone clarity, dependency management, and rollout readiness.
- You act as a quality gate for execution and resolve blockers proactively.
- You ensure alignment between delivery progress, business value, and adoption.
- You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have 4–6 years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, or complex implementation environments.
- You have a strong track record managing multi-stakeholder programs.
- You are experienced in working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- You can influence senior stakeholders and align different functions.
- You bring strong facilitation and prioritization skills.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
