OMMAX advised White Peaks on the investment into the pom+Group AG, a leading Swiss real estate consulting firm specializing in digitalization and sustainability.
OMMAX conducted a comprehensive commercial due diligence on pom+, providing an in-depth analysis of its existing business model, market development, competitive landscape, customer dynamics as well as people and culture and value creation opportunities.
