What you can expect:
- You are the first point of contact for day-to-day IT questions and incidents in our Paris office, supporting colleagues with a friendly, practical and solution-oriented approach.
- You provide first-line support for laptops, peripherals, printers, meeting-room technology, connectivity and common software issues across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and other business applications.
- You support colleagues with account access, passwords, multi-factor authentication and basic application permissions.
- You help set up laptops, accounts and standard applications for new joiners, and coordinate access changes and device returns for movers and leavers.
- You maintain an accurate overview of local IT devices and equipment, ensuring the Paris office is well prepared and operational.
- You maintain clear user guidance for recurring questions, document support requests and identify practical solutions for recurring issues.
- You work closely with the central IT team and external support providers to escalate complex issues with clear context and support secure ways of working.
- You have initial experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, IT administration or technical customer support – including internships, apprenticeships or relevant personal projects.
- You have a practical understanding of Windows and/or macOS troubleshooting and are comfortable supporting common workplace technology.
- You are familiar with productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack or similar applications.
- You approach technical problems in a structured and reliable way, following them through to resolution.
- You enjoy helping others and can explain technical topics clearly and patiently to non-technical colleagues.
- You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable documenting your work.
- You are fluent in French and have good working English skills to collaborate with our international teams.
