Paulina Stuhlmacher is a Director in the Transaction Advisory & Strategy team at OMMAX and leads commercial- and digital due diligence projects with a focus on consumer healthcare and further relevant project experience in (consumer) software and IT services.
She works with corporates and private equity clients (small, mid, and large-cap) such as international offices for PAI, EQT and KKR and smaller funds such as Lea Partners, Gimv or IceLake.
Prior to joining OMMAX, she gained experience in strategy consulting at Monitor Deloitte, where she worked mainly in the field of consumer industry and retail. She holds a master and bachelor degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
