Paulina Stuhlmacher is a Vice President Transactions & Strategy at OMMAX and leads commercial and digital due diligence projects with a focus on consumer healthcare and further relevant project experience in (consumer) software and IT services.
She works with corporates and private equity clients (small, mid, and large-cap) such as international offices for PAI, EQT, and KKR, as well as funds such as Lea Partners, Gimv, or IceLake.
Prior to joining OMMAX, she gained experience in strategy consulting at Monitor Deloitte, where she worked mainly in the field of the consumer industry and retail. She holds a master's and bachelor's degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
