- You support change planning, communication, and training coordination across AI initiatives.
- You prepare stakeholder materials, rollout plans, and adoption tracking for new tools and workflows.
- You gather user feedback and support action tracking to improve adoption and readiness.
- You collaborate closely with delivery and business teams to align change activities with implementation progress.
- You help structure communication formats and ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders.
- You contribute to the execution of change and adoption activities in dynamic project environments.
- You hold a degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have 1–2 years of experience in change, communication, or transformation support.
- You have strong written communication skills.
- You are structured and detail-oriented.
- You are comfortable working with different stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
