- You support the internal IT support team in day-to-day operations.
- You contribute to exciting IT processes and independently take on smaller projects.
- You work closely with the entire IT team.
- You assist users across all locations and provide support with IT-related questions.
- You support the administration of servers, telephone systems, and access control systems.
- You assist with basic incident and problem analysis, escalate issues where necessary, and resolve them under guidance.
- You maintain and manage company-wide email distribution lists.
- You support the setup and configuration of new workstations.
- You are currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- You have ideally gained initial practical experience through internships or working student positions.
- You possess very strong knowledge of Windows environments (particularly Windows 10 and Windows Server) and are confident in working with Microsoft applications and services.
- You bring solid hardware expertise, including experience with laptops, tablets, printers, and related peripherals.
- You demonstrate a strong technical affinity combined with solid analytical and communication skills.
- You work in a service-oriented and team-oriented manner and take pride in your work.
- You handle sensitive data responsibly and with a high level of diligence.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
