- You lead small, high-performing teams that own the delivery of high-stakes AI solutions from initial problem framing through production deployment and measurable client impact.
- You work directly with client leaders, domain experts, and users to set technical direction, challenge assumptions, and translate complex business problems into buildable AI systems.
- You architect and implement production-grade GenAI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions while remaining hands-on in the most critical technical areas.
- You set engineering standards for evaluation, security, reliability, observability, scalability, and cost, and ensure they are applied throughout the solution lifecycle.
- You drive fast, disciplined iteration based on user feedback and system performance, balancing pragmatic delivery with long-term technical quality.
- You coordinate effectively across software, data, platform, architecture, strategy, and client teams and take accountability for technical outcomes and delivery quality.
- You mentor engineers and turn insights from client work into reusable accelerators, reference solutions, and improvements to OMMAX offerings.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- You have 8+ years of experience in AI engineering or large-scale system development.
- You have strong expertise in machine learning systems, LLMs, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
- You have proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions.
- You have a deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
