- You lead the development of advanced AI and Generative AI systems and drive the implementation of scalable, production-ready solutions.
- You take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of AI applications, from architecture design to deployment and optimisation.
- You guide teams in building robust LLM-based systems and ensure high engineering quality across projects.
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions.
- You drive technical direction and contribute to the continuous evolution of AI engineering capabilities
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- You have 8+ years of experience in AI engineering or large-scale system development.
- You have strong expertise in machine learning systems, LLMs, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
- You have proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions.
- You have a deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
